Munising Falls KML Photo Tour

After an 8 hour drive from the lower peninsula, after you set up camp, its nice to be able to stretch your legs and good preparation if you’re going sea kayaking or back country camping the next day so you can stay limber. So for a quick and convenient hike in waning daylight hours, you can walk around the falls with the paved-trails-preferred tourists and then break the rules and climb up on top of the ledge to hike along the falls tributary stream (just to be clear, there is an access to the top that is a moderate climb hike over exposed rock – I am not encouraging people to go beyond the “posted no access” point near the “left” view of the falls).
